Morning Practices: June 16 - July 11, 2025 NEW TIMES!
7:30-8:30 am: Open practice
7:45-8:30 am: 8 and Under
8:00-8:30 am: Seal Pups
8:30-9:30 am: 9-12 year olds
9:30-10:45 am: 13 year olds and over
*If your child makes divisionals or all-stars (if held by the NVSL) there will be practice at a to-be determined time the weeks of July 14 and July 21, respectively.
