Winter Swim: Sign up for Winter swim. The SHBR Winter Swim Team is a great opportunity for SHBR swimmers to stay involved with a swimming regimen and remain connected with their Seal teammates between summer seasons. Contact Matt Bower at [email protected] with any questions.

Monday night meets:

Team Reps: It’s been our great pleasure to serve as team reps over the past three years. As we transition out of this role, we wanted to thank everyone for your support and for making the Seal family such a special community. We are thrilled to announce that Matt and Susan Bower will step in as team reps for the 2027 season. We will begin the formal transition process this fall, but the team rep email will remain the same.
