🚨 Action Required: Declare Relay Carnival & Saturday Meet Eligibility
- Event: Division 4 Relay Carnival
- When: Wednesday, July 8 (Evening)
- Where: Lee Graham Pool (Falls Church)
- Deadline: This Sunday at 8:00 PM
Coach's Note: It is essential that everyone declares their eligibility by Sunday night so the coaches can finalize the relay lineups. While you are logged in, please also declare your availability for the remaining Saturday meets of the season.
📅 Schedule Adjustments
- Tonight (Thursday): NO EVENING PRACTICE due to the SHBR Summer Soiree. Enjoy the event!
- Tomorrow (Friday): Modified morning schedule. There is NO 7:30 AM practice.
📸 Friday Team Photo & Practice Schedule
Team pictures are tomorrow morning! Please ensure swimmers wear their team suits. Practices will be abbreviated to accommodate the photo session.

Facility Notice: The pool and playground do not officially open until 11:00 AM. Early morning swimmers and parents must exit the facility immediately after their practice concludes and return at opening.
