Update with practices included!

Hi All, 

I hope everyone is doing well. It was great to hear that some of our swim team members were the first ones in the pool when it opened this past weekend. I love the eagerness and I am sure that all of you are itching to get back into the pool. I know I am! 

As we move forward with our program for the summer I have created an initial practice plan for each age group. Below I have attached both pool and dryland practices for each age group. Within each group, there are both A and B practices. I encourage everyone to choose a practice that they think fits them best but that does not mean that you have to stop there. Keep challenging yourself. I have also created some dryland workouts for each age group. Dryland work is something I wanted to incorporate into our program this year but I understand that it might be new for most swimmers so please take your time with the workouts if needed. 

The coaches and I are looking into different ideas as to how we can be a little bit more interactive but for now, I wish all of you the best!! I know this is hard but know that we are still cheering you on from a distance and hope to be back with each of you as soon as we can.
